Inconel 600 Stamping

At All-New Stamping, we provide Inconel 600 stamping services for industries such as aerospace, military and defense, and medical. Our quality stamped components are suitable for demanding services, which can include chemical reactors, heat-treating furnace fixtures, and steam generators.

Inconel 600 Alloy

Inconel 600 alloy is a corrosion-resistant, high-temperature nickel-chromium alloy that can maintainstrength and stability in severe environments. Inconel 600 has the following chemical makeup:

  • Nickel (approximately 72%)
  • Chromium (14% to 17%)
  • Iron (6% to 10%)
  • Manganese, silicon, copper, and carbon (small quantities)

In addition to its high corrosion and temperature resistance, Inconel 600 also has a high tensile strength at elevated temperatures. Furthermore, its high chromium content provides excellent resistance to oxidation, which gives it superior performance in applications that include jet engine combustors, automotive exhaust manifolds, and offshore oil rigs.

We stock Inconel sheets with thicknesses from 0.0015 to 0.25 inches and widths from 1/32 to 48 inches. Preplated and finishing options are also available.

All of our materials have full certifications and traceability, and environmental reports are available as needed. We also use the Aerospace documentation system to manage outside processing and material certifications electronically, allowing you to access your information more promptly.
