With our ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications, you can trust All-New Stamping to provide products that adhere to the highest standards. We offer Inconel 718 stamping services that undergo SPC, TQM, and material traceability processes to confirm that you receive the best quality components for your high-precision or difficult application.

Inconel 718 Alloy

Inconel 718 is a superalloy that can withstand the more extreme industry environments. It is a preferred alloy for applications where high-temperature strength is vital, such as in power generation and aerospace. It is useful for fabricating high-speed airframe parts, gas turbine components, wellhead hardware, and structural nuclear reactor elements.

Inconel 718 alloy’s composition is:

  • Nickel: 50% to 55%
  • Chromium: 17% to 21%
  • Iron13% to 25%
  • Niobium:75% to 5.5%
  • Molybdenum:8% to 3.3%
  • Titanium:65% to 1.15%
  • Aluminum:2% to 0.8%

Niobium and molybdenum contribute to high yield, tensile, and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1,300 F. Meanwhile, the titanium and aluminum elements give 718 alloy oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1,800 F.

Despite its high strength, Inconel 718 resists hardening and cracking during welding, a significant advantage in complex constructions. It also offers exceptional corrosion resistance, similar to Inconel 625 and superior to Inconel 600. We source our certified, traceable 718 alloy from NADCAP-approved vendors and can provide first article inspection reports, including AS9102.

Stamping Services for High-Temperature Alloys

All-New offers a full range of Inconel 718 stamping services: bending, blanking, coining, drawing, forming, and piercing. Our 40,000-foot manufacturing plant can accommodate production runs of over one million units.

Additionally, our fabrication capabilities range from small precision musical instrument parts to large, decorative, and functional architectural components. Our in-house tool and die department can develop single-hit, compound, or progressive dies specially engineered for your application specifications. We can produce the following:

  • Custom stampings: Precision stampings for custom applications in industries such as chemical, electronics, and marine
  • Progressive stampings: Reduced processing time, handling, and costs for high-volume production runs
  • Prototype stampings: One-off productions to verify a design or test a part

When your order is ready to ship, we make sure it arrives at your shop according to your instructions. We use JIT & Kan-Ban inventory systems to manage your products so that you have them ready for your production line release dates. As we learn your periodical usage, we can schedule your runs to prevent any delays in your manufacturing process.
